Our dear Olentzero is a charcoal burner and he often brings us the charcoal he makes in our forests to the Mirandaola forge... and you will have the opportunity to see it.
The visit begins at the Basque Iron Museum, where we will learn about the trade of the Olentzero, who is a charcoal burner. In addition, we will learn the story of Olentzero and Mari Domingi, as well as the donkey Napoleon, through a storyteller.
Next, we will go out to the Mirandaola park, in search of the olentzero. Suddenly, we will see how the olentzero comes down from the mountain with his bag and everything. Between children and adults we will have to call strongly for it to come closer to us. We'll get together with the olentzero and his assistant, the ironmonger, and all together we'll go to the forge.
The second part of the visit takes place in the Mirandaola forge. The children will have the opportunity to be with the olentzero.
